Iain Steele FRICS has been involved in the commercial property market in and around London and the Southeast for over 35 years.

He works with his clients to explore and implement innovative solutions to meet the needs of property owners and occupiers in an ever evolving property market. Iain represents landlords and tenants in the disposal, acquisition and letting of commercial properties including office, retail and industrial premises. He also deals with commercial and residential development opportunities including identifying, acquiring and selling sites.

Based in the Southeast, he is involved in a number of instructions throughout the UK. His clients include occupiers, private investors, property companies and institutions as well as parish, town and local/district/borough councils.

Iain began working in the property sector in the 1980s, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and becoming a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1999. Having firmly established himself in the commercial property market in London and the Southeast, he set up Park Steele with Gregory Park in 1999.
