Nat Steele BSc (Hons) Real Estate joined the firm in 2023, bringing his fresh, friendly, and innovative approach to marketing commercial property.

He works with Iain in the agency department, taking specific responsibility for the marketing of clients’ properties; creating individual, detailed and informative particulars. All photographs and floorplans are managed in house by Nat. He identifies and works with relevant online property and social media platforms as well as building client and applicant relationships, to make sure all Park Steele properties receive maximum exposure to potential purchasers and tenants.

Nat began working in property agency in 2015. After completing his degree at the Royal Agricultural University, he moved to London in 2020 to focus on the production of high quality floorplans and photography for brochures, qualifying as an Energy Assessor and RICS Certified Property Measurer.

Nat lives in Petersfield and when not at work, he can generally be found on the beach or in the sea in Pembrokeshire (whatever the weather!), at the gym or on the ski slopes.
