| Gregory Park MRICS, IRRV is a member of the RICS Countryside and Policy Committee. Following an initial period practicing in Surrey, he spent six years in London with an international firm’s professional department, before moving to the South Coast to run the professional department in a national practice undertaking valuations, landlord and tenant as well as being the UK head of rating. Subsequently, establishing ParkSteele in order to provide a focused individual client service. Iain Steele FRICS has been involved in the commercial property market in and around London and the South East for over 25 years He represents various clients, landlords and tenants, in the disposal, acquisition and leasing of commercial property including office, retail and industrial/warehouse premises. He undertakes valuations for various purposes, rent reviews & lease renewals. He also deals with commercial and residential development opportunities including identifiying, acquiring and selling sites. Whilst concentrating on the southern counties, he becomes involved in a variety of instructions throughout the United Kingdom. He is married with three young sons with whom he enjoys skiing, cycling and swimming. He also plays squash and tennis. |  |
